Dagia Developer Contracting L.L.C. builds villas, communities, buildings and interiors across Dubai and the UAE, as main contractor from foundations to handover, run personally by its two founders.تبني داجيا ديفيلوبر للمقاولات الفلل والمجمعات والمباني والتصاميم الداخلية في دبي والإمارات، كمقاول رئيسي من الأساسات حتى التسليم، ويديرها مؤسساها بأنفسهما.

Brings the Dagia family’s industrial heritage in Pakistan: close to four decades manufacturing agricultural and construction machinery, with a large skilled workforce.       Ranges reflect current Dubai market rates per square foot (and per square metre) for budgeting only. They exclude VAT, design fees and authority charges, and change with the material and finish selection. We confirm a fixed quotation after a site survey and BOQ review.

      An itemised BOQ with materials, labour and programme, so you compare like for like.

      Approvals and build

      We obtain DM, Civil Defence, DEWA and developer NOCs, then build to a weekly-reported programme.

      Handover

      Joint snagging, as-built documents and warranties, with support through the defects liability period.
